Terms – GLOBY+ Christmas Giveaway

1. Purpose of the Giveaway – Organiser

The company «GLOBYPLUS», trading as «GLOBY+», registered at Panagias Dexias 1, 54635 Thessaloniki, Tax ID (ΑΦΜ) 139852055, Tax Office: ΚΕΦΟΔΕ Thessaloniki, General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) no. 123878903000, legally represented (hereinafter the «Organiser» or the «Company»), is running a promotional giveaway titled «GLOBY+ CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY», under the following terms of participation and selection of winners.

The purpose of the giveaway is to reward GLOBY+ customers who take out new insurance policies and/or telecommunications contracts and/or electricity or natural gas supply contracts through GLOBY+ during the giveaway period.

These terms are published on the Organiser's official website, www.globyplus.gr, on a dedicated page or another visible place on the website, for the entire duration of the giveaway.

Taking part in the giveaway means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected in total and will receive the following prizes:

• First winner: One (1) Apple iPhone Duo mobile phone, 256GB, with an indicative retail value of two thousand four hundred euros (€2,400).

• Second winner: One (1) gift card worth five hundred euros (€500) for purchases at Public stores.

• Third winner: One (1) gift card worth two hundred euros (€200) for purchases at Hondos Center stores.

The prizes are fixed and personal, cannot be transferred to third parties and cannot be exchanged for cash or for other products or services, unless the Organiser exceptionally decides otherwise.

The gift cards are also subject to the terms of use, redemption conditions and expiry date set by their issuer. The Organiser is not responsible for any usage or redemption restrictions arising from the issuer's terms, provided these have been communicated to the winner.

If the mobile phone prize is not available on the Greek market or cannot be obtained for objective reasons, the Organiser may replace it with another product of equivalent or better technical specifications and of equal or greater retail value.

The Organiser will take the necessary steps to obtain and deliver the prizes to the winners. Any tax obligations arising from receiving the prizes will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Each winner may receive only one (1) prize from this giveaway.

3. Eligibility – Conditions and How to Take Part

3.1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all natural persons permanently resident in Greece who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity, provided that during the giveaway period they take out at least one (1) new contract or service agreement through GLOBY+, submitted as a completed application with nothing outstanding.

The eligible contract categories are:

A. Insurance products and services

Any new insurance policy of any type, including but not limited to:

• Car and other vehicle insurance.
• Home and property insurance.
• Health and life insurance.
• Personal accident insurance.
• Professional and civil liability insurance.
• Business and commercial risk insurance.
• Travel insurance.
• Pet insurance.
• Any other insurance product available through GLOBY+.

B. Telecommunications products and services

Any new telecommunications service contract, including for example:

• Mobile phone contracts.
• Landline contracts.
• Internet and broadband contracts.
• Combined landline and Internet packages.
• Combined mobile and landline packages.
• Other available telecommunications services.

C. Energy products and services

Any new energy supply contract, including:

• Electricity supply contracts.
• Natural gas supply contracts.
• Combined electricity and natural gas contracts.

3.2. How to take part

You take part by contacting GLOBY+ in one of the following ways:

a) By phone, on the official GLOBY+ phone lines.

b) By message, via Viber or WhatsApp, on the official GLOBY+ numbers.

c) Through the contact form on the official website www.globyplus.gr.

You must give GLOBY+ your contact details, express interest in taking out the relevant contract, and be informed about your participation in the giveaway and about these terms.

An entry is valid only once the application for the new contract has been completed, the entry has been registered by the Organiser, and all conditions of these terms are met.

3.3. Number of entries – Multiple entries

Each new, separate contract taken out through GLOBY+ that meets the conditions of this giveaway counts as one (1) entry in the draw.

The same person may have an unlimited number of entries. Specifically:

• Each new insurance policy counts as one (1) entry.
• Each new telecommunications contract counts as one (1) entry.
• Each new electricity or natural gas supply contract counts as one (1) entry.

For example, a customer who takes out five (5) different new eligible contracts receives five (5) entries in the draw.

There is no maximum number of entries per person, as long as each entry corresponds to a different, separate and eligible contract.

Simple renewals, amendments, extensions or changes to existing contracts do not count as new entries, unless they involve taking out a new and separate contract, as judged and confirmed by the Organiser.

If a contract is cancelled or rejected due to the participant's fault before the draw date, the corresponding entry is automatically cancelled.

3.4. Mandatory contract activation

A basic and necessary condition for a valid entry is that each contract has successfully completed the new-application process for its service category no later than the end date of the giveaway, i.e. 31/12/2026.

In particular, the following are not enough:

• Simply submitting an application or expressing interest without completing it.
• Receiving a quote or general information.
• Sending documents without signing the contract.
• Failing to send any information or documents requested from the customer/participant, which makes it impossible to approve or activate the application.

The Organiser may verify the status of each contract using the available information and confirmation from the partner provider, insurance company or supplier regarding any outstanding items.

Contracts that, on the draw date, are pending, rejected, cancelled or not in force due to the participant's fault do not count as valid entries.

3.5. Exclusions

The following are explicitly excluded from the giveaway:

a) Directors, shareholders, managers, employees and all staff of the Organiser under any employment or cooperation relationship.

b) Employees and partners directly involved in designing, organising or managing this giveaway.

c) Spouses and first- and second-degree relatives by blood or marriage of the above persons.

The Organiser may exclude any participant found to have tried to circumvent these terms, used false details, or taken part in an abusive or misleading way.

4. Duration

The giveaway runs from its publication and official start on Sunday 1 November 2026 until Thursday 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59.

After that date and time, new contracts will not create additional entries in this giveaway.

5. Draw – Selection of Winners

The draw will take place on Saturday 2 January 2027, using an electronic random selection tool chosen by the Organiser.

All valid entries registered during the giveaway that meet these terms will take part in the draw.

Each entry is a separate record in the electronic entry list, so participants with more eligible contracts have correspondingly more chances of winning.

The draw will select three (3) winners and at least three (3) reserves, ranked in the order they are drawn.

The order of the draw decides the prizes as follows:

• First draw: First winner – Apple iPhone Duo 256GB.
• Second draw: Second winner – €500 Public gift card.
• Third draw: Third winner – €200 Hondos Center gift card.

Each person can win only once. If an entry belonging to someone who has already won is drawn again, it is disregarded and a new random selection is made.

If any winner is disqualified or loses their right to the prize, the prize goes to the first reserve in order who has not already been contacted or selected as a winner.

The Organiser may announce the exact place and time of the draw on its official website and/or its official social media accounts.

5.1. Notifying and identifying winners

Winners will be notified by the Organiser using the contact details they gave or used when taking out their contracts, for example by phone, Viber or WhatsApp, or by email where available.

The first attempt to contact winners will be made within ten (10) working days of the draw.

Winners must contact the Organiser and accept their prize within ten (10) working days of the first notification.

If a winner cannot be reached within this period or does not accept the prize, the Organiser may cancel their entry and contact the next reserve in order.

To confirm the win, the Organiser may ask for:

• An ID card or passport to identify the winner.
• Confirmation of their contact details.
• Details or proof of the contracts that gave them their entries.
• Any additional information strictly necessary to verify that the entry is valid.

The Organiser will collect and process only the data strictly necessary to identify the winner and deliver the prize.

5.2. Delivery of prizes

Prizes will be delivered by arrangement between the Organiser and the winners, either at the GLOBY+ offices or by courier to an address in Greece given by the winner.

Shipping costs are paid by the Organiser.

Prizes will be delivered within a reasonable time after the winner's details are confirmed and the prizes are available.

A winner who:

a) does not meet the eligibility conditions;

b) has given false or inaccurate details;

c) does not accept the prize within the set period;

d) cannot be contacted;

e) does not provide the details needed to identify them;

f) does not collect the prize within ten (10) working days of being told it is ready for collection;

automatically and permanently loses any right to the prize and has no claim against the Organiser.

6. Personal Data Protection – Information under the GDPR

The data controller for participants' personal data is «GLOBYPLUS», trading as «GLOBY+» (the «Organiser»), which processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019 and the applicable legislation.

6.1. Categories of personal data

For running the giveaway, the Organiser may collect and process the following personal data:

• The participant's full name.
• Contact phone number.
• Email address, if given.
• Details and reference numbers of the contracts that give entry rights.
• Contract category and activation status.
• Dates the contracts were taken out and activated.
• Details needed to contact and identify the winners.

The Organiser does not collect or process more personal data than necessary for the purposes of the giveaway.

6.2. Purposes and legal basis

Participants' personal data will be used only for:

• Registering and managing entries.
• Verifying that contracts are valid.
• Running the electronic draw.
• Contacting the winners.
• Identifying the winners and delivering the prizes.
• Meeting any legal obligations of the Organiser.

Processing is based, as applicable, on performing these terms and running the giveaway, on the Organiser's compliance with its legal obligations, and on its legitimate interests, in accordance with Article 6 GDPR.

Taking part in the giveaway does not automatically mean consent to receive advertising or promotional messages.

If the Organiser wishes to use participants' personal data for future marketing or promotions, it will ask for separate, optional consent in accordance with the law. Refusing or withdrawing that consent does not affect participation in the giveaway.

6.3. Sharing personal data

The Organiser may share strictly necessary personal data with external partners and service providers involved in running the giveaway, such as IT, web hosting, electronic systems, communication and prize delivery providers, only to the extent needed to complete the giveaway.

In all cases, the Organiser ensures that its partners are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

6.4. Retention period

Participants' personal data will be kept for as long as needed to run and complete the giveaway, to deal with any objections or claims, and to meet the Organiser's legal obligations.

In particular, data collected only for the giveaway will be deleted or anonymised within six (6) months after the prizes have been delivered, unless longer retention is required or justified by law.

6.5. Participants' rights

Each participant may exercise their GDPR rights, in particular:

• The right of access to their personal data.
• The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• The right to erasure, where the legal conditions are met.
• The right to restrict processing.
• The right to object to processing.
• The right to data portability, where applicable.
• The right to withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

7. Disclaimer – Limitation of Liability

The prizes are given free of charge to the winners as part of this giveaway.

The Organiser is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from using or being unable to use the prizes, unless the damage is caused by an act or omission for which it is liable under the applicable law.

The Organiser is not liable for delays, interruptions or inability to run the giveaway caused by force majeure, technical problems, failures of third-party networks or systems, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

The Organiser is not liable for any problem, fault or restriction in the operation of websites, messaging apps, telecommunications networks or electronic systems used for communication and registering entries, where these are not under its control.

The Organiser is not liable for any defects, malfunctions or issues with the prizes after delivery, beyond obligations arising from mandatory law and the winners' rights against the relevant manufacturers, suppliers or issuers.

8. Independence from Third-Party Companies and Social Media – Trademarks

This giveaway is organised solely and entirely under the responsibility of GLOBY+.

It is expressly stated that none of the companies, trademarks, trade names or platforms that may be mentioned, shown or appear in advertising or information material about the giveaway is an organiser, co-organiser, sponsor or partner of the Organiser in this giveaway, unless expressly announced otherwise in writing.

In particular:

a) Apple and its trademark are mentioned only to describe the prize. Apple does not organise, manage, fund or endorse this giveaway.

b) Public and its trademark are mentioned only because of the gift card that is one of the prizes. Public is not an organiser or sponsor of the giveaway.

c) Hondos Center and its trademark are mentioned only because of the gift card that is one of the prizes. Hondos Center is not an organiser or sponsor of the giveaway.

d) Social media and messaging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp and Viber, where information and advertising material about the giveaway may be published or promoted, are not organisers, sponsors or co-organisers of it.

The giveaway is not funded, endorsed, administered by or associated in any way with the above platforms or the companies that run them.

Participants acknowledge that they provide their entry details only to GLOBY+ and not to the above companies or platforms.

All trademarks, names, logos and distinctive marks mentioned or shown in connection with the giveaway belong to their legal owners and are used only for descriptive and identification purposes.

9. Other Terms

For any information, clarification or complaint about the giveaway, participants can contact the Organiser through the official GLOBY+ channels, in particular via www.globyplus.gr, by phone, or via Viber and WhatsApp.

The Organiser may publish information and advertising material about the giveaway, and, with their consent, about participants, on its official website and its official social media accounts.

The Organiser may announce the results of the giveaway and the names of the winners, limited to the minimum details necessary, in accordance with data protection law.

The Organiser may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway or change individual terms where there is a serious and objective reason, provided the change is first published on www.globyplus.gr and participants are informed appropriately. Any changes will not unreasonably affect rights participants have already acquired.

The Organiser may cancel entries that do not meet these terms, including entries registered with false, inaccurate or misleading details, and entries resulting from abusive or illegal behaviour.

The Organiser is not responsible for entries not registered because of incorrect contact details, technical problems, network failures or other causes not attributable to it.

Taking part in the giveaway does not guarantee that an insurance, telecommunications or energy contract will be concluded. Each contract is subject to its own terms and the conditions of the relevant insurer, provider or supplier.

These terms are the complete framework for taking part in the giveaway and apply together with applicable Greek and EU law.

Greek law applies. Any dispute about the validity, interpretation or application of these terms falls under the courts specified by the applicable law.
